With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in creating personalized fitness plans tailored to your body, lifestyle, and health goals. Most programs I design incorporate healthy lifestyle changes alongside exercise for sustainable, long-term results.
While I have the pleasure of consistently serving the 50+ community, I also work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. My training style blends a holistic approach with functional movement and mindful wellness. Every session is thoughtfully customized to support your unique health needs.
I understand how hard it can be to start—and stick with—new fitness habits. My mission is to help you reframe your view on fitness so it becomes a natural and enjoyable part of your life. I truly believe that by practicing healthy habits, you can achieve lasting change and a healthier lifestyle.
I'm proud to hold five certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and two from the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), in addition to being certified in AED, CPR, and First Aid.
Since 2017, I’ve partnered with Max Flex Fitness to provide specialized training for youth with mental health challenges and individuals in recovery. Together, we also offer community boot camps and yoga sessions to encourage wellness and connection at a local level.
