can analyze your body and create a tailored fitness plan. Most plans include healthy lifestyle changes in conjunction with exercise. I specialize in the 50+ community but work with all levels. I love combining a holistic approach to my training services. Each session is personalized no matter your health needs.
I have 5 ACE and 2 NETA certifications on top of AED, CPR and First Aid.
I have partnered with Max Flex Fitness since 2017 to train youths with mental health issues and persons' in recovery. I also work with Max Flex Fitness to provide bootcamps and yoga to our local community.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails.
My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
This includes a one time free in person assessment.
I offer packages of 6, 12, and 24 sessions with a discounted price per session if paid upfront in full.
